Client information is securely stored via digital medium for mobile application use and may also be on printed physical copy for training records. Appropriate measures are taken by ALPHA EXPERTS to protect data from unauthorised access or being lost or stolen.

- ALPHA EXPERTS keeps client personal information from the time of initial contact and for the duration of training.
- ALPHA EXPERTS will keep client personal information for a period six (6) months following the date of successfully being accepted for a claim.
- To comply with HMRC statutes, ALPHA EXPERTS will keep any personal data relating to accounting period of six (6) years, as required by HMRC.
- ALPHA EXPERTS will dispose of all client information by secure deletion of digital data and/or destruction of any physical media.
